Holy Grail

Finding the perfect park has been one of the great challenges of toddlerhood.

It has to be clean and void of cigarette butts ( something the south finds challenging.) It has to be enclosed and away from the street. Ideally, it has to be both advanced enough to hold our interest but not so challenging that it's intimidating for my shy-guy.

And it can't be more than 30 mins away b/c we'll lose him to car-sleep.

I had all but given up in my quest...but we finally found it.

The holy grail of parks.

Wooden Monster Trucks, Choo Choo Trains and Castles. Shredded Tires to protect already bruised and battered  "summer knees". See-saws! Swings! Tennis Courts! Pools! Rock Climbing walls! Big structures and little structures! Baseball diamonds!

A little old couple called "PaPop and MaMom" who are the caretakers befriended dylan and I and they told me they wipe every thing down with bleach every weekend. They pick up every piece of trash and pride themselves on their spotless bathrooms. There are even cameras that record every movement and would-be vandalious teen...

It's our new favorite spot.
