He gets excited when I bring a full laundry basket upstairs to his room...
Because that means it's time to...
"Put away the laundry!"
He'll even request to
"Clean up!"
Because that's means singing the Clean Up Song.
And yesterday, he was over the moon to
"Fix the lights!"
If only I can hold onto this enthusiasm for mundane chores
for a few more years.
