I had high hopes for sunshine, first icecream cones and close encounters of the wild animal kind.
But, it was cold. And it was cloudy.
There was no sun. And no desire for licking cold sweets.
But the trip to the zoo FAR exceed our expectations. There was basically no one there but us and the animals so we had full run of the place! It beat the fiasco of "Free Day" hand's down.
