Dylan is at home today.
He's taking a mental health day.
He's not ACTUALLY sick.
He's not ACTUALLY sick.
Just grumpy.
He woke up on the wrong side of the bed.
And immediately put on his cranky pants.
He cried when I tried to put on his socks.
He cried when I tried to put him in his chair to eat breakfast.
He cried when I was too slow to pour milk.
He cried when we opened the door to go "Side"
and it was cold.
He cried when Mommy couldn't walk across
the dew filled lawn with her work shoes on.
Sometimes babies need mental health days too.
